ÖZLEM HATİCE BAKIRCI ARLI completed her high school education at Sankt Georg Austrian High School. She has her LL.B from University of Marmara in Istanbul. She completed her masters’ degree in Law of Economics in the joint program of Bilgi University and Cologne University. Özlem provides legal consultancy services to her local and foreign clients in the fields of IT Law, Media Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, Arbitration, Persons Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Social Media Law.
